About the Role

- 1:1 Coaching: Provide personalized coaching sessions to clients, helping them overcome challenges and reach their personal and professional goals.
- Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist clients in setting realistic goals, developing action plans, and tracking progress to ensure success.
- Skill Development: Teach and refine skills such as time management, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Motivation and Accountability: Inspire and hold clients accountable, ensuring they stay focused and on track.
- Content Contribution: Share insights, strategies, and best practices that can be used to create educational materials, webinars, or workshops.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to align coaching efforts with overall program goals and resources.

Who We’re Looking For
REQUIRED
- Basic English proficiency (AI tools will assist with language refinement if needed).
- Legal working age in your country.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding individuals is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with clients.
- Formal coaching certifications—this role is ideal for aspiring coaches eager to grow.
- Extensive experience—your passion and willingness to learn are more important.
